I have been working hard my entire life—I graduated first in my high school class and was the first in my family lineage to attend a 4-year college (earning a 3.96 GPA at Brown).I have a unique mix of strategy/management consulting expertise (5 years), 0-to-1 start-up experience (3 years), and sales leadership (10+ years).

 

From my strategy/management consulting experience, I gained the ability to work with the most senior executives, to have a change management mindset, and to deliver top-notch slideware and oral presentations. From my start-up experience, I learned how to wear many hats and the grit necessary to fight for every inch of growth.

 

From my sales leadership experience, I’ve learned that high growth comes down to clear, but flexible strategy, detailed and transparent processes, robust infrastructure and tools, and the necessity of single-owner accountability in people management.

 

I am most proud of the fact that the vast majority of direct reports have cited me as the best manager they’ve ever had (some with 15+ years of work experience) and I've remained their trusted confidant and coach.
